I think that it should only be obvious that it comes back in the same spot. If you were treated with a steroid cream you most likely had a little problem with eczema or similar allergic rash. It may be annoying, but it is easy to treat. I would guess another steroid cream would be proscribed, they are extremely fast and effective! Just be careful with the steroid cream, it does thin the skin, so use sparingly!
