What is a good IPH percentage?

I work at Walmart, and was training on the register today!! :D I loved it, it was SO much fun!! But we printed out a receipt showing my IPH percentage (items per hour) for the time I was working register. I was wondering what is considered a good IPH/bad IPH to have! :)
