What is this pregnancy rash?

Hello. I am 10 weeks pregnant and My next doctor visit isn't until 2 weeks. about 3 weeks ago my skin became very itchy all over, mostly around my legs and things. I notices when i itched I developed tiny bug bite looking marks. now the itching has decreased but I have developed these weird marks on different parts on my body. they appear to be dry skin patches ( red, raised, scaly) but I have them everywhere: two on my stomach, two on my thighs, one on my cheek and one on my neck. is there a name for this rash or do you think its just dry skin? I originally thought I was having an allergy to my prenatal, but then I switched to generic and the rashes persist...thanks! I need lots of advise, first time mother here!
