Nope. What you describe has nothing to do with breast cancer, it is a simple skin condition. No it is not becoming inverted. The itching is from many things, from Hot Water in the shower, laundry detergent, your bra, and soap/etc. No...inflammatory breast cancer does not happen in 15 year olds. Your mother is right, and so is your doctor.
