For some reason everyone avoided my question so i am going to ask it again?

To start with this is a re post but it is also being rewritten. please note my body has always done weird things. right now my back hurts, i am craving everything and i am SO tired its not even funny. i have been chasing after a four year old (bff's little bro) constantly but that doesn't normally have this effect on me. i have allergies but they were never things like this, they made my throat itch and stuff most of the time. obviously i am not pregnant because i am a virgin. could it just be the extra running around that makes all of it go wrong at once? btw i have a regular period and an ovarian cyst right now but its just a normal thing for me. i am 13 if i haven't said that yet.
