I'm trying to find out who called me but?

So last night I was on the phone with my friend Jeremy and then he was kidding he would hang up, well he did and I texted him and Said he could call me back and then the phone rang. I answered and said hello and no one answered and then I said is this Jeremy? Still no answer , so finally I said if you don't answer I'm going to hang up. So I did. And I though since this was my house phone I could check caller ID but when I went to It was empty. I didn't think much of it until earlier today when I went to my car and there was a circle with four smaller circles in it on he driver and passenger window, and there was hand prints on the front dashboard window. I searched all around my car no one keyed it. But I'm starting to get scared. And I'm very paranoid and I don't know what to think of this situation. Buy anyways is there anyway to find out who called my house line for free? I'm only 16 so I can't ask to see the phone bill and I don't want my mom to know about this either.
