Tiny patches of bumps(?) on lips?

last night after dinner my lips started to itch. the corner of my lips got red and the next morning i woke up with patches of tiny blisters on my lips. my lips feel dry, itchy, slightly scaly and irritated. my lips look a bit swollen because of the bumps. the bumps are clusters mostly around the edges of my lips. what is it and what should i do?
