What to do with a very strange blister?

I have this strange blood blister but it doesn't look like any of the ones I have seen in pictures. It is a very faint red not dark like most of the pictures. It seems like it is under my skin but more deep. If I look really close it seems to have lines forming something similar to a honeycomb or scales. It doesn't feel scaly just firm to the touch. I have tried popping it but it doesn't fully drain. The skin around it looks normal. What worries me is the strange lines in it. Also there is only pain if I press hard. It seemed to form from nowhere as I did not sustain a injury. The only thing I can think of is that when I was building a model that area is where I was holding parts kinda hard.
