Wrinkles and pityriasis rosea?

i was diagnosed with pityriasis rosea a while ago and its kinda clearing up now but its leaving dark marks and its kinda scaly around it (im black) and wrinkles on top of the flattened bump areas... im only 15, will the wrinkles go away? and will the dark marks left go away as well? it looks realllyy bad .. will going in the sun help as well?
