Wierd nipples?? breast cancer?? 15 years old :(?

hi im 15 year old female and i have a few question i hope you could answer. my nipples (mainly the right one) looks scaly and flacky. one of my nipples is inverted (right one) and there are really small seperate bit of skin coming off (like a very small tag of skin). the skin things come off sometimes but it doesnt bleed or hurt. my aroela also has relly light brown specs on them (about 1 or 2 on each). i have been to the doctors a few times about lumps before but the doctor said they wern't anything. please help im really worried. i tried talking to my mum but she said that i was stupid even thinking about breast cancer and i wasernt going to the doctor again. if you say "make a appointment without her knowing", i cant because i cant. she is always around. do you think i have breast cancer? please help :'(
