Panoxyl did it work for you?

So i've never really had bad skin and usually neverbreak out on my cheeks usually just on my forehead but now im starting to.. so i tried clinique 3 step and used it for over a month or 2 and i wasnt seeing ANY improvement..So i did some research and ended up buying panoxyl i read really good reviews and was really excited about it. I started using it night and day because i feel uncomfortable just washing my face once and my skin has gotten so dry and kinda scaly looking? idk if thats normal or not but i've just been putting alot of mosturizer on and i my pimples are starting to dry up but there is this one that just wont go away its just the same size its not doing anything! btw i've only been using this for 3 days.. but every morning and night.
