My eyeLid is Swollen,itchy and looks scaly ..?

This happened about a week ago I kept putting on vasaline on my eyelid cuz it helps when it was dry but today when I woke up it's been swollen more than ever! I applied a cold ice pack on my eye which put the swellig a little down. I have clinical tnrw which I cannot miss what can I do?? I do wear contacts but it's been a month since I started n this just happened. I do use neutrogena eye makeup remover do u think that made it worse?? My rye is like half wide open help!!!!
