Small scaly dry pumps on kitten does anyone have any ideas what it can be?

This could be a skin condition that the kitten has had from birth or it could be tics. These can be harmful and even fatal to kittens as it sucks their blood and everything out of their body so it is good that you are going to the vet. Get it checked out as soon as possible.
