Penis advice needed - help please?

My penis seems really dry, it can easily go very wrinkly and after masturbation earlier my whole penis head and foreskin went completely leathery in appearance and texture. Im sure its not smegma as I wash everyday. An erection seems to make the skin go wrinkly and the skin looks white and dry and scaly. Im not sure if this could be caused from when I scratched the area quite harshly. Im uncircumsised and a virgin and have used various creams in the past. For the moment im just going to try and ignore the area for a while and only touch it when washing and see what happens. Anyone got any advice?
