My penis doesn't look right? :/?

I know you probably get this question alot but it does look unusual! my gland is bright red when its erect and sort of scaly. When i watch porn ( not pros) there gland stays out by itself as soon as you pull the foreskin over, mine doesn't even when flacid. Please help me im 17 years old and have not had sex.
